Treasury Public Sector Pension Consultation FAQs
Assistant General Secretary Lucille Thirlby provides a guide to members on the Treasury’s consultation on pensions.
We will be launching our survey on HM Treasury’s consultation on Monday 28 September.
We strongly urge our members to look at their Annual Benefit Statement (ABS) which should have been received in the summer. The statement sets out which scheme you are in. If you moved into Alpha from the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme, your ABS will contain two separate calculations, one for each scheme.
We have also published an updated set of FAQs which will hopefully answer any questions FDA members have about the purpose and scope of the consultation. You can find the FAQs in the members section of the website here.
