Government should commit to pay settled status fee for EU civil servants
EU citizens have made an invaluable contribution to the work of public services in the UK, not least in the civil service. This deserves recognition, and we see no reason why the Government should not commit to pay this fee, as many other public and private sector employers have already done.
We are working with our colleagues in the other civil service unions to progress this with the Cabinet Office.
