FDA Personal Injury Compensation Scheme
FDA members are also granted access to the FDA Personal Injury Compensation Scheme.
If you are an FDA member who has suffered a personal injury due to a third party’s negligence, we are here to help. Whether this has occurred inside or outside the workplace, we can offer you legal support.
We can take your compensation claim to court for free, as long as you were a member of the FDA at the time of the accident or injury, and still remain a member throughout your claim.
