Vicky Johnson, President of the Association of Revenue and Customs (ARC) - the FDA's section for senior officials in HMRC - appeared on last night's ITV News at Ten, discussing the need for increased HMRC resourcing and the department's ability to collect income tax from the highest earners in the UK.
Johnson said: "We pit up against partners, we pit up against the very top of the big four because these high net-worth individuals can afford pay for that sort of representation. It's very much David and Goliath - but we do win."
